exchange an item you ordered, you need to first email

Please ship your items
postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the
purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account, and a
refund issued if you paid by check or money order.
If you
return any item,
your return will be processed, and your account credited, about
2-3 weeks after we have received your returned items at our
Distribution Center. We will refund your purchase price only. A
credit will be issued to your credit card, or you will receive a
check if you paid by check or money order. Unfortunately, we cannot
refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.
If you exchange your item(s),
Please send return using an insured and/or traceable service to the
Returns Department address. Also, include record of your order (copy
of receipt, order # or billing name/address/ph#). You will be
refunded the purchase price of the item. To obtain correct item
